With double-support reel holders

For medium to high roll weights (between 150 and 1000 kg)

With cantilever reel holders

For medium to low roll weights (between 0 and 150 kg)

General dimensions

Standard models from web widths of 250 to 1000 mm and maximum diameters of 800 mm For other dimensions prior consultation is required.

Structure

Frames made of iron aluminium or stainless steel 20 mm thick and triangulated to achieve maximum moment of inertia in all three spatial directions

Roll loading and unloading

Our roll lifter is designed to make roll handling as easy as possible using a double-arm support system operated by lead screws or swing arms geared and positioned on each side of the rewinder frames
This structure allows the operator to load and unload rolls simply efficiently and with total safety.

The lifter picks up the expanding shaft with the roll from the safety supports through its arms lowering it gently to the ground using a lead screw or chain system
This system not only increases safety and reduces operator effort but also speeds up roll change times optimizing efficiency in each production process

Web threading

Threading is much easier than in our unwinders since rewinder modules do not include a dancer which greatly simplifies the operation making it comfortable and agile.

Tension control

Several options are available depending on the need from a mechanical clutch solution for roll diameters up to 300 mm to electric clutches with machine drive and web sensor integration for any roll diameter up to servo-based systems with progressive torque control for the most demanding applications.

Automatic splicing

This option is ideal for significant increases in production and for systematizing tasks that would normally be performed by the operator It also avoids inconvenient machine stops reducing downtime and material waste in highly significant quantities in some cases It ensures a constant working speed avoiding stops or speed changes that negatively affect other processes in the line.
