Kit components
This shaft is fixed at one end to the machine, leaving the other end free to allow fast loading and unloading of the roll. Reinforced versions are available to support higher loads if needed.
The bushing connects the expandable shaft to the machine, providing a solid, secure, and quick installation since it comes pre-assembled with the shaft. Its compact and robust design allows for fast and easy mounting, optimizing both the system’s stability and durability, and enabling installation in record time.
These include a variety of manual or automatic clutches, with the option to integrate sensors and electronics to automate tension control. This ensures uniform winding and prevents issues such as jerks, misalignments, or deformations in the roll that could cause production delays.
