IDENTIFY FAKE EMAILS (SPOOFING OR PHISHING ATTEMPTS)
Ignore any email you receive requesting for personal information or which redirects you to another website which is not owned by EJEMATIC, or companies of the group, or which asks you to pay by a different method than the one authorized by EJEMATIC, since it could be an attempt of personality replacement (‘spoofing’ or ‘phishing’), and you will have to consider it as fraudulent.
EJEMATIC uses the domain “ejematic.com” for its emails. If you receive an email with a different format, for example: ejematic.security@hotmail.com, you can be sure that it is a fake email.
Certain phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word “EJEMATIC” in their URL, but will link you to a completely different website. If you hover your mouse over the link, you will see the associated URL, which will probably be structured differently from the ones linked to authentic EJEMATIC websites.
If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that looks like “To Your Account” or anyone asking you to verify or modify your personal information, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.
REPORT PHISHING ATTEMPTS
Send an e-mail to ejematic@ejematic.com and attach the e-mail you consider false. By providing us with this information you are helping us to locate its source.
If you are unable to attach the fake email, please forward it to info@ejematic.com and include as much information about the email as possible.
