Longitudinal Cutting Systems

OPERATION
Once installed, the equipment can be easily activated and deactivated as needed.Once mounted on the machine, they can be used when required and deactivated as necessary.
All systems share the feature of being mobile, meaning they can be adjusted in width to change formats freely, as well as axial adjustment to center the cuts across the entire group.
Wear components are standard, ensuring permanent stock availability for easy and fast spare parts purchase.
For Synthetic Materials
Razor blade type cutter: Razor-type blade of varying thicknesses, from 0.2 to 0.8 mm, depending on the type of plastic. Delivers exceptionally clean cuts.
Circular blade against anvil: Composed of a dull-edged circular blade pressing against a hardened circular anvil. The cut is made by mechanical or pneumatic pressure.
Motorized circular scissor blade: Performs cutting by axial pressure against a circular anvil. The scissor effect and motorization provide high performance and durability when cutting abrasive materials like paper. This equipment requires power transmission and can be mounted with an existing motor via transmission or with an independent motor.
